WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, it is not possible to amend it. However, if you should need to send anything back once received, please Click here to view our full returns processes and policies.

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

Yes! If you want your order to go to an address which is different to your billing address, please ensure you specify your preferred delivery address at checkout.

 

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH THE SPURS SHOP TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can place an order as a Guest, however we recommend creating an account to allow you to track your order once it has been placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ONLINE SPURS SHOP ORDER

For orders to the United Kingdom, Express deliveries are despatched within 24 hours and normally arrive within 1-2 days. Standard delivery within the UK is 3-5 working days. Personalised items can take up to 7 working days during busier times. 

For international orders, Express delivery should arrive within 5-7 working days and Standard delivery can take up to 30 days, depending on local couriers.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES ON MY SPURS SHOP ORDER?

For the countries listed below, duties and taxes are calculated and guaranteed at the checkout. When placing your order you will have the option to pay the Duties and Taxes in advance or to pay your local customs authority directly on receipt of your order.

Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, United States, Vietnam and Zambia.

For all other countries, any Duties and Taxes are levied once your order reaches its destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED ITEMS THAT YOU CAN'T SEND ABROAD?

If there are any products that cannot be shipped overseas, the ‘Add to Bag’ button will not show on the product page. You may also see a popup at the checkout advising you of a restricted item in your basket. You will need to remove this item from your basket to proceed.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ON THE ONLINE SPURS SHOP ORDERS?

In the UK, we accept most major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept AMEX, Klarna, PayPal and PayPal Express on the Online Spurs Shop.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY ONE HOTSPUR PROMO CODE?

If you have a One Hotspur Membership, you will have received a promo code in an email for either £15 or £20 depending on your Membership subscription. You can redeem this against nearly everything on the Spurs Shop Online by entering the code at the Basket Page before you enter the Checkout. Please note you cannot split the payment and use some of your voucher across more than 1 transaction. You will lose the balance otherwise. 

 

CAN I USE MY ONE HOTSPUR DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE THE 2023 POPPY BADGE?

Unfortunately not. We are donating all sales from the 2023 Poppy Badge to the Royal British Legion. 

 

WHAT IS THE ONLINE SPURS SHOP RETURNS POLICY?

If you would like to return an item you have purchased for a refund because you have changed your mind, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery. To submit a return request, please Click here.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

We do not offer an exchange service. If you need to return an item to us we recommend completing this form to submit your request and our Customer Care team will be in touch to confirm the details of your return.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If a product you have purchased from us is not of a satisfactory quality, is faulty, or has parts missing, please request a return by within 30 days by completing this form.

 

HOW DO I GET MY MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT?

When you purchase an Adult Membership pack from Tottenham Hotspur, you will receive a £15.00 unique voucher code to spend on the Online Spurs Shop. You can enter this code at the basket page to receive your discount.

 

WHY CAN'T I ADD MY NAME TO THE AWAY OR THIRD KIT IN CLUB LETTERING FONT?

At this time it is not possible to personalise the away shirt using the club lettering font style.  You can still add your name to the away and Third kit using the Premier League lettering font.
