You have up to 31 days from the day of purchase to return your goods to us for an exchange or refund from the day that you recieve the goods in the post
We aim to complete returns on the day that they are delivered to us, but at busy times of year this can sometimes delay the completion of returns.
We do not charge any additional costs to resend your goods back to you if you decide to exchange for another item.
If you live near a Spurs Shop, and need your exchange/return processed quicker you can always pop in and we will be happy to assist.
If you are buying a personalised shirt (with either a custom name or player name on the back), please take care to select the correct size as due to the nature of the item we will not be able to refund or exchange it in the event that it does not fit. This applies to any replica kit items that have printing on, whether you select the name and number manually and add it to the shirt or if you select one of our hero printed shirts.
We also cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number. So please ensure that you are happy with the name and number you have chosen when you place your order.
