CLICK AND COLLECT

 

We now offer Click and Collect allowing you to collect your orders from any official Spurs stores.

So How Does It Work?

1. Place Your Order

Simply add your items to the basket, proceed to the checkout and select click and collect. The browser will then detect your nearest store from your selected address.

Once your transaction has been successful you will receive a confirmation email including all collection details. We will then send an email once your order is in store and ready to be collected,
Your order will then be held in store for seven (7) days including weekends and bank holidays, from the date you received the email confirming your order is ready to be collected. 

2. Collect your order

On the day of collection, please bring your confirmation e-mail, the card used for payment and/or passport/driving license as proof of purchase when you collect your order.
We will hold your parcel for the full seven (7) days, and if you fail collect your order within the seven (7) days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded onto the method of payment used at the time of purchase automatically.
The exception to this will be for any Personalised items, which are non-refundable. In this instance, our Returns team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will be charged at our current online postage cost.

Collect In Shop Terms And Conditions

Your order will not be ready for collection until you have received an email confirming your order is ready to collect from your selected Spurs Shop.
Your order will then be held in store for seven (7) days including weekends and bank holidays from the date you received the email confirming your order is ready to be collected.
To collect your order please bring your confirmation email and a form of ID (Passport, driving licence or a most recent utility bill) with you to the selected Spurs Shop where the order is waiting for you to pick up.
If you wish to cancel your order, we require that this is done in writing via e-mail or on the telephone at least forty-eight (48) hours before the final collection day. If your item is personalised and it has already been personalised you will not be able to cancel this item.
If you fail to collect your order within the seven (7) days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded onto the method of payment used at the time of purchase automatically. The exception to this will be for any Personalised items, which are non-refundable. In this instance, our Returns team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will be charged at our current online postage cost.
Once your uncollected item is returned to the warehouse, refunds for all non-personalised items can take up to fourteen (14) days to be processed and up to a further fourteen (14) days to receive your refund, from the day in which the item or full order is received at our warehouse.
If you have incorrectly selected Click and Collect as a postage method, it will still be subject to the seven (7) days collection process as outlined above. We are unable to arrange re-delivery. If you require your items before the seven (7) days returns, we advise you contact us to request an order cancellation and to re-order the items (subject to availability) with the new and correct delivery details.
If you are unable to collect the parcel on the date specified, then we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery. This may include a change of delivery method which could have an effect on the post and packing charges on your order.
If you are a One Hotspur member and you choose to pick up your order on a promotional 10% day or clubcash promotion day, your order will not be subject to any benefit from these promotions. Your order will only be subject to promotions that exist on the day that your order is placed.

UK Express Delivery

Express orders placed before 14:00 (Monday – Thursday) should arrive the next working day. If your order was placed before 14:00 Friday, then you should expect to receive this by the following Monday. Any orders after 14:00 Friday, will be received by the next working Tuesday. This service is only available for the UK and if you live in a location that is detached from the UK mainland, please allow for slightly longer delivery times.

 

UK Returns

If you would like to return an item you have purchased online for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please see our Ts&Cs for our full Returns policy – various exclusions apply, including all personalised items.
If you are buying a personalised shirt, with either a custom name or player name and number on the back, please take care to select the correct size as we will not be able to refund this item. This applies to any replica kits and hero printed shirts.
You will receive an email notification once your goods have been received by our Returns team. Once your returns have been processed, you will receive a separate email confirming your refund or exchange.
We aim to process all returns on the same day, but refunds can take up to 14 days from receiving the product back from you.
If you live near a Spurs Shop, and need your exchange/refund processed quickly, then pop in and we will be happy to assist.

 

Overseas Returns

All returns must be made within 31 days of receipt of goods. Please see our Ts&Cs for our full Returns policy – various exclusions apply, including all personalised items.
If you are buying a personalised shirt, with either a custom name or player name and number on the back, please take care to select the correct size as we will not be able to refund this item. This applies to any replica kits and hero printed shirts.
We are unable to offer exchanges for overseas customers. If you would like to exchange an item, then you must repurchase and return the original for a refund.  All refunds will be returned back to the original method of payment.
