Damaged or Faulty Items On Delivery

 

If you have received a parcel from us and you believe that one or more of the items are damaged or has a fault (or if there are items missing from your parcel) you must report the damaged/missing goods to us within 72 hours of receipt of the parcel. You are able to do this by completing the form below in full:

Once you have notified us by submitting the above form please fill out the form located on the reverse of your invoice and return it to us along with the item(s) in question. Please send this to the following address:

Once we receive the item back, we may perform tests on the product to verify that it is faulty or damaged and then we will contact you to advise the outcome of these investigations.

Please be aware that the goods have to be returned to us within 31 days of purchase and have to be in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and labels.

If the item you return is found to be faulty we will reimburse any charge incurred by sending the goods back to us.

 

Incorrect Item Received In Parcel

If you have received an incorrect item in your parcel please return it to us (to the above delivery address) within 31 days of purchase in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and any labels or tags.
